Sub-processors
Sinneo Group (Pty) Ltd processes your clearing agency's data as an operator under POPIA. These are the companies that process it for us, where, and why. Your data is stored in the EU (Paris, France); it is not stored in South Africa. Updated 2026-10-17.

"Not yet in use" means the service is planned and no customer data has been sent to it. We tell you in writing before a new sub-processor receives your data.
